People have been IP banned for stealing videos and uploading them to YouTube before. It really isn't worth the risk.

Well you find a Flash Decompiler that will be able to decompile flash. However I don't believe you can do that here through Newgrounds. I could be wrong though.
However taking a flash from Newgrounds and putting it up onto YouTube without the author's permission is outright stealing and is rude.
